When we view a unique photo, there's just something about the spirit of man that fills the mind with thoughts of inspiration, excitement, joy, solitude and beauty. I suppose that's what draws me to photography and it's not just any image that drives these feelings. Most often it's the one that catches a unique moment or composition that we might otherwise miss. With a child it's that special expression or with a family that special connection that you catch as they are pulled together in a special place for that unique image. In nature it's that waterfall, tranquil stream or awesome sunset caught in just the right light that may never be captured the same again. It is that mystique about photography that sparked my interest several years ago. I suppose the creative aspect of seeing a photo from my perspective is the drawing force that intrigues me.
