Giveaway: Pot-Tee Prize Potty Training System

Who ever said Potty Training was easy? Please let me talk to that person - because I can tell you from my own personal experience --- it is not! I am currently in the process of potty training my two year old daughter. It's hard - something I was not anticipating. I mean my daughter is smart and doesn't like to be wet or dirty - she tells us when she is going and lays down easily for diaper changes --- so I seriously did not anticipate World War III breaking out in our house over potty training...well, I've tried everything - friends have said, "use M&Ms", "just tell her this is how it's going to be and sit her on the potty", "encourage her - tell her she's a big girl", "don't use pull-ups - go straight for undies", "use a little potty chair" -- and the list goes on. And I can say that none of it - absolutely NONE of their advice has helped me...any. My daughter shows no interest in going on the potty. She knows how - b/c occassionally she will do it...but definitely not regularily.

GIVEAWAY DETAILS: So when Pot-Tee Prize contacted The Trendy Mommy a few weeks ago - offering to give away one of their Pot-Tee Prize systems to one of our readers - I said YES! definitely! Please help out some other mom that is going through what I'm currently experiencing. So guess what ladies --- one of you will be getting your very own Pot-Tee Prize System. Just leave us a comment telling us why you deserve to win! Contest ends January 21st at midnight.

I definitely need this! I have been procrastinating...but with our third baby on the way, our oldest who is 2 1/2, needs to be out of diapers ASAP!

I have a 3 1/2 year old who NEEDS some motivation ;)

I have a 2 year old that could use some extra incentive to use the potty! I would love to try this!!!!

I so need this for my little stinker - we thought we had him trained 3 months ago. We did the whole reward thing and he was doing REALLY good until he decided he didn't like the big boy pants anymore. Now he's back in pull-ups. A fresh, new reward system would be SO FUN to try.

I love the incentive idea! We could definitely use some fresh ideas as we get ready for #2 due in April.

HELP...obviously my 2.5 yr old is winning the potty struggle. I tried setting timers, I tried treats, I tried the big girl panties. Nothing is working. I need this.

My son is 3 1/2 and I have been trying to potty train for 9 months ow. He has NO interest. Maybe this would help us!!

I need this so badly. I have a 2 and a half year old girl who shows absolutely NO interest in potty training. Between her and my 3 month old I do nothing but change diapers all day. Please pick me!

My little guy isn't old enough yet, but I am kind of dreading it. I could use all the help I can get. Thanks for the giveaway.

I need this because my son has a mind of his own and I'm a little scared about what will happen when it comes time to motivate him to use the potty. Plus he's a lot like his daddy and according to the mother-in-law this could be a long and drawn out process. :)

thanks!

Oh! We have just started the potty training process with our almost-two-year-old ... some of her friends at preschool are using the potty, and she wants to, also -- until we sit her there. Then she does everything BUT go potty! For, like, days at a time, if we'd let her. (Of course, she'll let us know when her diaper is messy. Kids.)

I always thought girls were suppose to be easy and boys hard. Well, when my boy was 2 he literally looked and me said poop, and ran to the bathroom. He was trained in a week and staying dry all night right after that. With my little girl, she is now just two and has had peeing down FOREVER but will not poop. She will lay on the floor and scream if I even ask her to try...we've tried everything! Bribes, treats, anything!

This sounds like a great tool to use in potty-training! Our little guy is mostly trained but WILL NOT go #2 on the potty, so we are still desperate for ideas and motivation for him! We also have one more little one to potty train in a couple years.
Thanks for the opportunity to enter!

I think the Pot-Tee Prize is more fun motivation for me than for my daughter! I am shellshocked from the awful potty training of my now 4yo. Seriously. Freaked out about starting the process with my 2yo. Even though she seems ready (if ready means filling the toilet bowl with "papers!")

I am desperate to try this! I believe in the fun reward system as motivation and I think my 2 yo would really get in to this.

My little girl is 23 months and has so far been harder to potty train than her older brother at that age. I thought girls were supposed to be easier to potty train than boys?! I need help!

I'm trying to potty-train twin boys and I've tried about everything I can think of! We need all the help we can get because their little brother is about to hit potty-training age and I'm desperate to get the first 2 out of diapers. Thanks!

Oh! With baby number 2 on the way, it would be so nice for baby number 1 to get out of her diapers! We would LOVE this!

I have been putting off potty training my daughter Emily b/c I remember how hard it was with my first especially when you work full time and rely on others to stick with it also. This would be a good incentive to get going for me!

Ashley said...

OH I so need this! My son is understanding the concept, but still not grasping the whole effect. He will tell me right when it's too late! With a little prize system, I could possibly get his attention!
Thanks for the giveaway!

Getting FREE motivation that I'll need to make it through the next 3 months of potty training...priceless!

Oh....I'm just going to say it straight up...I'm officially begging.

I have twins, boy/girl, that are ready to start. Slightly interested, but i'm having a hard time because they use the potty differently, girl is more interested, boy rather pee on the patio...it's just totally potty chaos. good thing is...they're a sucker for a treat or toy. This would be PERFECT! please pick me...I'm in serious need of help! The diapers for 2 are KILLING us as well. I'd be forever grateful! ♥♥♥

My 3 year old is not interested in potty training. This is super cute and might be the motivation he needs. Thanks for the chance!

At the end of my rope here. We've tried stickers, pullups, big girl panties, smarties, mommy's lipstick, gum, potty books, a doll that pees, potty bench, potty seat on toilet, going bare bum, using a timer and, shameonme, pretending she didn't poop and leaving her in it until she complains. It's not working; it's been over a year of these antics. I know eventually it'll click, but it's more frustrating than I ever imagined.

One of my dearest friends is potty training her sweet daughter, but it's not always going as planned. I can tell that this gift would just cheer MAMA and daughter up, and that potty training would be so much more fun instead of so serious!

Thanks so much for this give~away! : )))

I have a child that's almost two, and we want to get her started training as soon as possible. Why do I need it? Because her brother was four before I had him fully trained. I don't want to go through that again!:-)

Valerie said...

I would love to win this! My son is nearing two and potty training is looming like a big dark cloud in our future. He is famously hard to motivate because he is so easy going (just like his daddy - a blessing and a curse!) and I know potty training is going to be yet another frustrating battle. He won't fight me, he just won't do it. The first time I gave him a time-out, he sat on the time-out mat loooong past the allotted time, because he was having such a good time singing to himself. If we take a toy away as a punishment, he just says "bye bye toy!" and moves on. *sigh* Potty training could be interesting...

what a great idea!! I will be starting to potty train my son in a few months and I've heard boys are harder than girls. My daughter did very well, but I am just so nervous this time around...any type of encouragement(for him and myself:) would be AWESOME! Thanks!
